Temptress rework and terrordactyl... Idea?

Hello.

This is my first post on the Phobies forum. I never felt like using this website, but lately I have grown quite fond of it. With that being said, I have two ideas that seem quite good after I thought about them for a while.

Temptress rework

Temptress is uh… meh. For me, it feels like a phobie that should focus on switching positions and dealing chip damage to (mostly mechanical) Phobies. However, temptress’s ability encourages a more ‘static’ play style. You know, wait for a good opportunity, approach and use it. It feels counter intuitive. It’s stats are also bad… My idea for temptress’s rework is make it like Snowball. It sounds stupid, yes. But I just feel like if we made it 3 movement 1 attack range with a 2 range ability (probably with AOE) like Snowball is, would make it much more viable. The reason why I’m suggesting AOE is because snowballs ability leaves fire on a tile, so some sort of area damage just seems… good. I don’t know how to explain it. I hope I dont sound like an idiot here.

Terrordactyl idea

Terrordactyl is weird. It’s a 7 key flying undead ranged phobie with resurrect. Do you see what feels odd about it? Resurrect. What can flying Phobies do? Fly on obstacles and abysses. What does resurrect do? After a phobie “dies” it leaves a pile of bones or whatever that the enemy has to step on in the same turn to completely destroy that phobie, or else the phobie gets resurrected at the end of the turn with some amount of hp. The thing is though, bone state cannot be performed on neither abyss tiles nor obstacle tiles. Do you see the issue? A flying Phobie (the only type that can use these tiles) has an ability that doesn’t work on these tiles! This also feels counter intuitive. Yes, yes. Not always will you use them, but what’s the point of this passive ability if you will use them? It’s kind of stupid. I suggest you get rid of resurrect passive, and instead give terrordactyl a different one. I love this little… soul or a heart that terrordactyl has in it’s ribcage. Maybe make it explode when defeated? Or give a big damage debuff to an enemy its killed by? I feel like there’s a lot of room for creativity here.

Those are my two ideas. I hope I didn’t make a bad first impression by giving bad ideas. Stay safe everyone and have a nice day!
