The design is certainly a problem, either it’s design depends on the phobies that died or it looks nothing alike them, and I doubt there would be a sprite with the combination of all phobies.
Hmm I dunno it was your idea, but how about something big that grows and gets more disgusting if any phobie dies.
You know dead space? In the game there are necromorphs how about anything like that?

If this makes into the game, the design will probably a altered or refined. Either way, I think I did a good job with it. I wasn’t able to exactly mimic the game’s art style, but it does feel close enough, which will make everything easier for artists working on this game, if Karen was put into the game that is. Regardless, even if it Karen never makes it into the game, I still had fun designing her and coming up with the concept. Good night, I have to go school (college) tomorrow.

I think exquisite should start as a vague cloud, with red eyes. When the 1st phobie dies it uses its bottom half. When the 2nd dies it uses it’s top half. When the 3rd dies it uses its idle animation (like sparks, bones, dynamite). All with some cloud or ghostlyness to hide the joins.
I am going to try to model her in Blender. Not sure how I am going to get the hair to work though.
